Craft room

On the northern wall of the community centre is a small room overlooking the golf course, called the craft room because of previous uses to which it has been put.

This space is available for use by residents. It has been used as a painting studio, and as an office. It cannot be used for storage.

The fee for using the craft room is up to $650.00 per quarter (excluding GST) for non- commercial use. The fee is set by the Executive Committee, and depends on the nature of the use of the craft room, and the benefit that use is to the Urambi community.

The fee is $1,000.00 per quarter (excluding GST) for commercial use.

Anyone wishing to use the craft room must apply to the executive committee. They should be aware of the licence conditions for use of the craft room.
