Our ageing infrastructure requires maintenance. This page lists some of the major maintenance tasks that have been carried out over the years. This will assist tradespeople to understand the history of maintenance in the area on which they are working.

All sewer lines
25 March 2025. Annual sewer cleaning and CCTV survey of all sewers
Sewer line 1
25 November 2024. Leaking manhole (S1) caused by blockages at S1 and S2. Jetted S1 to S4.
7 March 2025. Quotation for the supply and installation of a patch liner between S2 and S4.
Sewer line 2
Sewer line 3
10 January 2025. Toilet blocked at house 31 and manholes S11 and S10. Jetted S11 to the full length on the mini reel, this did not reach the upstream manhole. Hit two blockages.
Sewer line 4
4 December 2024. Jetted the toilet line at house 40 to find a split in the 90 degree bend that will have to be relined. We have given the remaining section of that branch line to the main a jet as well. Camera inspection revealed that it needs further jetting.
11 December 2024. Blocked sewer line from toilet at house 40.
Other
22 November 2023. Burst pipe near the community centre.
27 June 2024. 3 Jul 2024. Leak in the brick work of the community centre.
