Storage spaces

On the western side of the garages in upper car park B are a number of enclosed storage spaces that are available for use by residents. Generally these are used under licence on a long-term basis.

The cost of each storage space is $84.58 per quarter (excluding GST).

Users of the storage spaces are expected to keep them neat and free of vermin.

Anyone wishing to use a storage space should approach a member of the Executive Committee. They must sign a licence agreement. You can look at a sample licence agreement. The conditions outlined within the agreement are under review.
