Urambi Village is a community of about 160 individuals living in 72 houses. Living in a community requires rules, as well as consideration for others. Maintaining the integrity of our architecture and landscape also requires residents to follow guidelines that have been established over several decades.

An information pack provides details about living in Urambi.

Landscaping

Urambi has a set of Landscaping Guidelines. If you are thinking of planting on your own title or on common land, please consult these Guidelines first.

Check out the most recent tree audit that was carried out in June 2022. If you have any questions or comments about this audit, please contact a member of the Executive Committee.

The previous tree audit carried out in January 2020.

Fire plan

The Urambi Village Fire Plan informs residents of the potential fire risks to the Village and encourages them to prepare their properties to prevent bushfire damage. Residents should plan whether they would stay and defend their homes or evacuate early.
