Structures approvals

All external structural changes to houses in Urambi must meet our structures guidelines, and must go through an approval process. Over the years much of the documentation for approvals for each house has been lost, although some can be found in minutes of EC meetings, and in the structures reports in AGM minutes. From 2016 a brief record has been kept. From late 2020, more extensive records of structures approvals will be kept on this page.

A brief history of the swimming pool

The swimming pool was proposed in December 1981, and was ready for use by December 1982. Initially it was available only to those residents who paid an annual membership fee. At the AGM in 2009 the pool club membership fee was abolished, and it was opened to all residents.
